Our software currently does not allow you to select "BFPO" from the "Country" menu. We are working on fixing this but for now please see below on how to add a BFPO shipping address.

STANDARD FORMAT FOR SERVICE PERSONNEL

First name: Service number and Rank

Last name: Your full name

Company: Leave field blank

Address: Company

City: Regiment

Country / Region: United Kingdom

Postcode: BFPO Postcode (e.g.: BF1 0AB)

FORMAT FOR SERVICE PERSONNEL DEPENDANTS

First name: First name

Last name: Last name

Address line 1: C/O Service number, Rank and Name

Address line 2: Unit or Regiment

City: Operation name (if applicable)

Country / Region: United Kingdom

Postcode: BFPO Postcode (eg: BF1 0AB)

FORMAT FOR NON-SERVICE PERSONNEL ENTITLED TO USE BFPO SERVICES

First name: Staff number (if available)

Last name: Your full name

Address line 1: Unit/Department (e.g. School name)

Address line 2: Unit or Regiment

City: Operation name (if applicable)

Country / Region: United Kingdom

Postcode: BFPO Postcode (eg: BF1 0AB)

Postcode entry for BFPO locations must start with a BF1 or BF2 prefix as per the examples above to ensure smooth delivery to the destination address. Additionally, BFPO parcels should not be addressed with a HA4* prefix postcode (ex: HA4 6DQ). As BFPO mail sorting processes are automated any alteration to the address format highlighted above may cause your parcel to be delayed.

A list of BFPO locations and their corresponding postcodes can be found at here.

We suggest that you select our standard Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery service on the checkout. Using other delivery services will not see your order arrive any quicker (especially if you are overseas) and will cost you more money.
